3: If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.
4: For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing. Please leave more time before your wedding party.
Cancellation and Changes Policy
It is important to note that our dresses are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun.
* Item cancellation requests within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
* Item cancellation requests after 2 days of placing order, you may need to pay the fabric lose if the fabric has been cut.
Return Policy:
1: Upon the arrival of your package, please try on your dress as soon as possible without altering, or washing the dress. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the dress and show us the problems if you have.
2: If you are returning or exchanging dresses, please make sure they are in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, no perfume.
3: if there is extra customs duty or tax, it will be on buyer`s side.
4: Since we are not the original designer, we can not guarantee our dresses will be 100% exactly the same with the photographs you see. But we will list our real photos to show ensure you get you see.
