Cancellation and Changes Policy
It is important to note that our dresses are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun.
* Item cancellation requests within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
* Item cancellation requests after 2 days of placing order, you may need to pay the fabric lose if the fabric has been cut.
Return Policy:
1: Upon the arrival of your package, please try on your dress as soon as possible without altering, or washing the dress. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the dress and show us the problems if you have.
2: If you are returning or exchanging dresses, please make sure they are in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, no perfume.
3: if there is extra customs duty or tax, it will be on buyer`s side.
4: Since we are not the original designer, we can not guarantee our dresses will be 100% exactly the same with the photographs you see. But we will list our real photos to show ensure you get you see.
